Jessica Bolding, MS, LAc
Specializes in family medicine for all ages, and also women's health, including gynecology, obstetrics, fertility, menopause, hormone changes in young women, weight loss, and cosmetic acupuncture. Jessica graduated from Brenneke School of Massage in 1996. In June of 1999, she finished her training at Bastyr University with a Masters of Natural Health Science in Acupuncture.

Some of Jessica’s favorite times during her internship were experiences at the hospital in Chengdu, China's University of Chinese Medicine. This inspired Jessica to learn Chinese and spend the following two years working in the Chinese Medical Departments of local hospitals in China and Taiwan. During this stay, her primary home was on a small Taiwanese island named Penghu.

Tai Rae Elgar, LMP
Tai Rae believes in the importance of the Natural World, Holistic medicine and an approach to healing that involves the energy currents within each of our bodies. Her passion in healing is unlocking the body's inherent ability to heal itself; using Shiatsu and acupressure techniques and working closely with the meridians of Traditional Chinese Medicine to help create a healthy, positive change within her clients.  Tai Rae loves laughter, sitting in nature, and spinning fire by moonlight.  She believes "these are some of the best medicines life has to offer."
